Quality Inspection
Cleaner food is provided through the stringent in-house microbe inspection and quality inspection.
- Inward inspection All raw/ sub materials are under inward inspection on freshness, the country of origin, shelf life and etc., in accordance with the specified rules.
- Metal Detector (First plant) Assure safety of all finished products by having them pass through the metal detector to remove any metallic substances of over Fe∮4.0, SUS∮4.0.
- Microbe inspection In-house Quality Inspection: When arriving at the warehouse, all component of the entire manufacturing process including food seasonings of the raw ingredients, finished products and manufacturing equipments go through general and pathogenic bacteria tests to inspect the safety of the products.
- X-ray Detector (2nd plant) Secure food safety for all products manufactured by having them pass through the X-ray detector to remove foreign substances, such as Fe, SUS, glass, ceramic and etc.
- Insect Capturing Lamp All entrance/exit doors have the device to capture the possible inflow of harmful insects.
